Why my account is banned?

We only ban your account if the system detect that you are creating multiple accounts, using bots or VPN/ Proxy.

Why is my balance decrease?

Your balance never decreases itself, your actual balance is tokens which shown in Dashboard. The amount of cryptocurrency you see in the menu is an estimated amount based on the market price, so it might increase or decrease over time.

Why my withdraw request status is pending?

Sometime, we need to check your account because you have suspicious activity. It should not take longer than 24 hours then your withdraw request will be processed.
